Each of our products is unique and available in a single quantity, so restocking is generally not possible.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Each item has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear upon arrival.

To care for your garments:

  1. Follow Care Labels: Always adhere to the washing instructions on the garment’s label. If unsure, consult a professional dry cleaner.

  2. Minimize Washing: For delicate vintage items, avoid washing them frequently. However, if a stain appears, consult a professional dry cleaner as soon as possible to prevent it from becoming permanent.

  3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep garments away from perfumes, hairsprays, and deodorants to prevent stains and fabric degradation.

  4. Handle with Care: Be cautious of sharp jewelry or rough surfaces that might snag or damage the fabric.

  5. Proper Storage:

    • Use Hangers: Hang garments on a hanger unless they are heavy; in that case, store them flat.
    • Avoid Metal Hangers: Use plastic or wooden hangers to prevent damage or discoloration.
    • Protect from Elements: Keep garments away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
    • Rotate Storage Position: If storing items flat, gently refold them occasionally to avoid permanent creases.
    • Use Garment Bags: Store items in breathable garment bags to protect against dust and pests while allowing air circulation.

While our items are carefully curated, vintage pieces may show minor signs of wear consistent with their age. Significant flaws are clearly noted in the description and shown in photos. If you have concerns, please ask before purchasing.

For presentation purposes, clothing items may be pinned to fit models and mannequins in our photos. Please refer to the provided measurements and recommended sizes in the description for accurate sizing.

We provide detailed measurements for each item in the product description. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar item you already own to ensure a good fit.

We authenticate each piece by meticulously examining labels, serial numbers, materials, and craftsmanship. This thorough process ensures that every item is 100% genuine.

Our pieces are curated from trusted collectors, verified sellers, and renowned auction houses worldwide. Each piece is carefully selected for its uniqueness and quality.

SHIPPING

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for details on costs and delivery times to your location.

If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please inform us before placing your order. We can provide a quote for the additional shipping cost based on your preference.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your parcel using the following websites:

– Standard Shipping: Track your parcel on the La Poste website. Once the parcel leaves France, use the website of your national postal service.

– Express Shipping: Track your parcel from start to finish on the UPS website.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes using standard shipping methods.

 

PAYMENT

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. 

We do not support splitting payments across multiple payment methods. Please choose the single payment method that best suits you.

Currently, we do not offer payment plans or financing options. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Enter your discount code or promotional offer code at checkout. The discount will be applied before you complete the payment.

Yes, once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and order details. An invoice will also be included in your package.

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

– Ensure that all card details are entered correctly.

– Check that your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer.

– Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account.

If the problem persists, contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance. If you have checked everything and it still doesn’t work, please contact us.

We do not charge additional fees for using any of our accepted payment methods. However, your card issuer or bank may apply fees for international transactions or currency conversions.

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.

For your security, we do not store your payment information on our website. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS requirements.

 

RETURN

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@emerieu.com to receive the necessary return instructions.

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are not accepted. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a code for future purchases.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and labels intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been worn and that any defects match those present in the original item.

As part of our quality assurance, we record a video of each clothing item during the packing process before shipping. This ensures the condition of the item is accurately represented at the time of sale.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. After the inspection, if the return is approved, we will issue your store credit promptly, which remains valid for one year from the date of issuance.

If you lose your store credit code, please contact us, and we will resend it to you.

 

COLLABORATIONS

While we appreciate the interest, we currently do not engage in collaborations that involve providing free products in exchange for social media promotion.

We do not loan products for photoshoots or fashion events. However, you are welcome to purchase the items you wish to feature.
