BRAND: ALAÏA.

COLLECTION: Spring Summer 2020. It seems Alaïa originally designed this dress for his Spring-Summer 1996 haute couture collection. Only a few pieces were produced at the time, some of which were later displayed at the Alaïa Foundation. He then started selling the design more widely around 2000, and it was worn on red carpets by stars like Monica Bellucci, Stephanie Seymour, Naomi Campbell, and more. In 2020, the house reissued the dress as part of a tribute collection to Alaïa’s iconic work. This reedition was seen on Tina Kunakey, Elsa Hosk, and others.

SIZE: The label indicates a size M but the dress fits a size S better. Please refer to the last picture to see the flat lay measurements. Bear in mind that the fabric is stretchy.

COMPOSITION: 94% viscose, 6% Polyester.

MADE IN: Italy.
