Magical handmade prairie dress from the 1970’s. Features a smocked waist and bishop sleeves. Double lined. Pattern is a mix of different plants on a beige background. Sleeves can be worn in 2 ways: off-the-shoulder or not. Whoever created this gorgeousness deserves an ovation!
